When I was thinking about this, what makes our customer service exceptional is that we like to make it easy for our customers. * Solving problems, * simplifying a process, * making it easy for our customers; that’s what we do.
Dillon, Administrator of Jr High Camp and Conferences for Resurrection Life Church in Grand Rapids Michigan, has the daunting task of managing the entire process of planning and executing the annual summer youth camp and conferences. In preparation for their recent OneHeart Conference , Dillon called Crafted Impressions about having t-shirts and coffee cups made. Their goal was to promote and brand “OneHeart”. In addition, they wanted the sales to be a vehicle to raise money for other projects they are working on. We offered them an on-line store. The on-line customers choose the shirt, color, design and even personalization they want. Crafted Impressions made the products on demand (we have NO MINIMUMS, No Set Up Fees) and we delivered the shirts within a week of receiving the orders. On top of that, we issued a check to the church for their portion of the sales.
For Resurrection Life Church we:
- Solved a problem – they wanted to brand “One Heart” – there are sixty kids wearing OneHeart apparel!
- Simplified a process – instead of investing in and having to manage inventory, we did all the work for them
- Make it Easy – they sent their kids a link to the on-line store and Crafted Impressions did the rest. Then we sent them a check – can’t get much easier than that!
Dillon and his team were so pleased with the process, we are working on a new product mix promoting their summer camp and even mission trips.
